    Clean HP: 90, 95, 100

    whew, I’m tired

  4. BS: up to 76kg, failed at 83kg. Admittedly, that was a big jump.
    OHS: 22kg
    Clean HP: 46kg, 51kg, 56kg

  5. BS: 145kg, 150kg (PR), 155kg (failed)
    OHS: 45 kg
    Clean HP: 80kg, 90kg, 100kg.

  6. BS: worked up to 183#(PR)
    OHS: 45# (bar), focusing on mobility
    Clean HP: 89#, 109#, 129#

  7. BS- 80 kg PR! (on Sunday)

  8. Did the backsquat portion on Sunday
    Back Squat: 95 kg, 98 kg (PR), 95 kg
    Then spent the rest of the time mobilising.
