WOD

“Grace”

  • 30 Clean and Jerks at 135/95# for time.

If scaling, use a weight that is roughly 50% of your heavy single from above.

    C&J 87kg
    then a clean PR at 91kg, but missed the jerk

    Last week: 1/3 Grace (10 C&Js at 95#): 0:45 rx
    Sooo just multiply by 3 and get a time of 2:15, right? 😀

  9. C&J – 125# totally new to this movement, so I focused on technique today

    Grace 2:51 Rx – this was my very first Girl and I completed it about a month ago in 3:51, so I’m feeling pretty good about that 1 minute improvement
