    Sit-ups: Used 10 kg plate

  4. PC-90kg (pr)
    BS-113kg (did a couple more light sets eccentric with hold)
    Sit Ups – 20kg, 55#, 55#

  5. Power(ish) Clean: 100kg, PR
    BS: 100kg for 6 sets, backed off to 80 for last 2
    situps: 10kg, 30#, 30#
