  1. 3-pos clean: 60kg
    front squat: 60kg
    5x Toes to bar (Struggle) and 10x GM @ 30kg for 4 rounds

  2. 3-pos clean: 54kg (and they were actual honest-to-goodness cleans, woot!!)
    FS: 60kg
    T2B 6-10, GM 30kg x 15

  3. 3 pos clean- 75#
    front squat: 40 kg
    gm (20kg/bar)
