  • no-leg rope climbs x4
  • Sott’s press 24% x2x10 (percent of max strict press)

    If I can power snatch significantly more than I can squat snatch, should the maxes by power or full?

    1. my preference is “always squat, please” (mobility allowing), but I’ll defer to Forney on this
