Thursday Workout: Snatch and Burpee Prep

So we have a combination of the first two WOD’s from 2012’s Open. Let’s get after it!

Mobility

Spend a few minutes each on:

  • Overhead / Snatch Mobility
  • Hip / Lunge Mobility

Skill Work

Snatch Drills with PVC and empty barbell

Strength

Build to a heavy triple Snatch (touch ‘n go) in 10 minutes.

WOD

5 rounds, aiming for the same score each round:

  • 1 minute Burpees to a 6″ target
  • 1 minute rest
