- Overhead / Snatch Mobility
- Hip / Lunge Mobility
Snatch Drills with PVC and empty barbell
Build to a heavy triple Snatch (touch ‘n go) in 10 minutes.
5 rounds, aiming for the same score each round:
- 1 minute Burpees to a 6″ target
- 1 minute rest
