If you are registered for the Open, then rest on Friday and compete with a judge on Saturday at 10 AM.
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
- Burpee x 40
- Snatch (75/45, 45/35) x 30
- Burpee x 30
- Snatch (135/75, 75/55) x 30
- Burpee x 20
- Snatch (165/100, 100/75) x 30
- Burpee x 10
- Snatch (210/120, 120/90) x AMRAP
- In the Burpee, the Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is at least 6 inches above their max reach.
- Score is total reps completed. In the case of a tie, the Athlete with the faster time to finish their last complete set of Snatches will be ranked higher.
