We got snowed out on Wednesday, and we’re moving into a new facility next Saturday. This means the schedule is going to be funky for the next week-and-a-half. In order to give you all maximum flexibility, I’m going to post two workouts for each of the next several days along with some advice on how to keep up with the program. If you did not get the chance to do Wednesday’s workout yet, you should just do option A for today. If you managed to do Wednesday’s max session on Wed or Thurs, and you feel sufficiently rested, then you should do workout B today.

- no-leg rope climbs x4
- Sott’s press 24% x2x10 (percent of max strict press)
Option B:
- max front squat 1-1-1
- overhead squat 80% x2x8 (percent of max snatch)
- clean high-pull 92%x3, 97%x3, 102%x3

I just noticed how crazy this pic is… Brice has a double face, the near perfect tangents of forney’s bar to the weights on the left and the elbow on the right, and stereo elbows!..wicked awesome.
