Use kettlebells or dumbbells for weight.
For max reps each round:
- 2 minutes of KB Swings (70/53#); rest 2 minutes
- 2 minutes of Wall Balls (20/14#); rest 2 minutes
- 2 minutes of Rowing for Calories
