    Did strict dips 5×5 instead since we have a dip station here in Tucson, didn’t know about the max curl 🙁

    Waiter walks @ 16kg and blue band triceps, no curls

    session got cut short this morning due to crowding at my new gym 🙁 missing cville strength

  4. Jerk: 138#
    waiter walks: 35#, blue band
    Curls: 85#
