Turkish Get-up; 5 sets of 1 per side; slow and controlled with perfect form

WOD

Level 1

Two rounds for time of:

  • Run 200 m
  • Handstand Wall Walk x 5 reps
  • Run 200 m
  • Air Squat x 30 reps

Level 2

Mainsite WOD 130306

Two rounds for time of:

  • Run 400 m
  • Handstand Walk 15 meters (the length of the mat)
  • Run 400 m
  • Pistol Squat x 30 reps (15 per side)

    WOD: 14:11 w/ 400m runs, handstand walks, and (some ugly) purple band pistols

  2. TGU: 55#
    WOD: 15:59 (400m, wall walks, pole hold pistols)

  3. TGU: first three 45KB, fourth 45# bar, five 65# bar

    WOD: 17:03 (400m, handstand walks that didn’t look that good but got it done, pistols with purple band and small box)
