Spend a few minutes each on:
- Shoulder / Overhead Mobility
- Hamstring / Deadlift Mobility
Clean & Jerk Drills with a PVC and empty barbell
Build to a heavy triple Clean & Jerk (touch ‘n go) in 10 minutes.
5 rounds, aiming for the same score each round:
- 30 seconds Box Jumps (24/20″); rest 30 seconds
- 30 seconds Pull-ups; rest 30 seconds
