  1. Snatch: 75kg, missed 77 but it’s there. Need to work on donkey kick/foot positioning
    Front Squats: 70kg
    v-ups and ghd back extensions

    snatch: 70.5kg (PR!), missed 73kg

    Snatch: 85kg, missed 90
    Front squat: 80kg

    Snatch: up 38kg, attempted 40kg 3 times, got underneath but couldn’t stick any of them. 40kg will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.
    FS: 43kg
    Monster walks and leg raises
