  • back squat 77% x2x10
  • pausing snatch-grip deadlift (stop and hold briefly at mid-thigh) + snatch high-pull 90%x2, 95%x2, 100%x2, 105%x2
  • 4 rounds of: 20 band monster walks and 5-10 straight-leg toes-to-bar (3 second hold at top)
