If you are registered for the Open, then rest on Friday and compete with a judge on Saturday at 10 AM.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Wall Ball x 150 (20 lbs to 10 ft / 14 lbs to 9 ft; 20 lbs to 9 ft / 10 lbs to 9 ft)
- Double-under x 90
- Muscle-up x 30
- If the ball is not caught between reps, it must come to a full stop on the ground. Bouncing the ball off the floor is not permitted.
- Tiebreak: At the end of each set of exercises, time should be marked. All tiebreak times must be reported in elapsed time, not in time remaining.
