Happy First night of Passover! …and then comes Easter… and chocolate eggs filled with creme…

  • Back Squat — 90% x1x5
  • Clean & Jerk — 60% x2, 70% x1x2, 80% x1x2, 85% x1

 

Finally, if you plan to compete at the April 21 RVA Open weightlifting competition, and you still haven’t registered for it, please do that ASAP!!! The couple weeks leading up to the meet, we — your trusty coaches (who are all also competing) — will help you prepare physically and mentally so you have all the tools to go 6:6. The more, the merrier!
