    WOD: 5:35 (24″ box)

  2. Squat Clean: 115
    WOD: 8:39, 30″ box but (barely) chin over bar pull-ups.

  3. 5:53 (pull ups all from standing position)

    Ab work – I thought WWED and decided on a bunch o squats (i.e., What Would Elizabeth Do?). 🙂

  4. Clean: 135
    WOD: 8:19 regular kipping pull ups.

  5. Clean: 95#
    WOD: 6:45 3rds blue band, then green band… Now I have to figure out if pull-up decline is related to the new larger diameter bars or my new larger body courtesy of prodigious amounts of carbs and wine spurred by this never ending fricking winter. I refuse to weigh myself. Can you guys please do a nutrition challenge soon to save me from myself?

    WOD: 6:56 (maybe 75% of the pull-ups were chest to bar, the others were chin to bar. First time doing C2B in a wod!)

    WOD 5:01 but I did 5-4-3-2-1 strict C2B pullups. That was enough for me.

    WOD- 6:10 (reg. pu’s)

    WOD – 5:07 Rx
