Kendrick Farris style — 197kg Clean and (squat) Jerk

  • max jerk
  • clean-grip overhead squat –> heavy triple
  • 3 alternating rounds: light barbell pull-overs (10-15 reps), light bent dumbbell fly (10-15 reps)

  1. Jerk: 95kg, 1 kilo PR I think, but definitely a form/solid jerk PR
    Clean Grip OHS: up to 80kg

  2. Jerk (Push press/jerk):60 kg
    OHS: 20 kg
    pull-overs: 25#
    dumbbell fly: 5#

  3. Jerk: 55kg SCARY! (need to get over the fear of heavy things!)
    OH Squat: 35kg I think (I actually like these!)
    Pull Overs: 15lbs
    Dumbbell Fly: 5lbs

  4. Jerk: 90kg
    Clean grip OHS: 70kg
    pullovers: 38#
    DB fly: 15#
