  4. WOD: 6 rds + 5PJ + 3K2C (rowing first) @75#

  5. WOD: 7 rds + 4 cal (rowing first) k2c jerk @55#

  6. WOD: 6 rds + 11 cal (155#)

  7. 5 rounds in 14:33 (95#)

  8. 6 rds plus 17 cal. 20mins 155# last three rows could be a lot better, T2B last two rounds done in two or three sets.

  9. 5 rounds @115-19:00

  10. 5 rds + 15 @ 75#

  11. 6 Rds. + Row + 3 PJ

  12. 7 rds.
    40# DBs, GHD, alt. 400m run and 20 cal row
