    Front squat: 44.5 kg
    weighted situps: 15#

  2. Snatch: 40kg (PR)
    FS: 44kg

  3. Snatch: 42kg, failed A LOT at 45kg

  4. Snatch: 70kg
    FS: 70kg
    45# weighted sit ups coupled with some humbling kip-ups
