**DELOAD WEEK**
This week marks the start of a short de-load in anticipation of maxing all the things on Saturday or Sunday. That means cut volume and/or intensity by 50%. If you’re planning to do the final Open WOD (judged), plan according (so, either Thursday or Sunday). You might even consider taking a couple of days off and just doing mobility work (*cough* you should totally do this *cough*).
