Level 1

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

  • “Russian” KB Swing (35/25) x 10
  • Bear Crawl the Length of the Mat

Level 2

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

  • “American” KB Swing (70/53) x 12
  • Bear Crawl the Length of the Mat
