If you are registered for the Open, then rest on Friday and compete with a judge on Saturday at 10 AM.
Come to our Spring 2013 Nutrition Challenge Kick-off and Paleo Potluck Dinner this Sunday, April 7th, at 6 PM!
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
- Thruster (100/65, 65/45) x15
- Pull-up (Chest-to-Bar / Chest-to-Bar, Chin-over-Bar / Jumping C2B) x 15
- If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
- If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
- If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes, etc.
