    3 sets PU, 45# KB twists (those suck)

    I had to break the last set of pull ups into 2 sets of 5.

  4. BP: 35kg
    FS: 45kg
    banded pullups (blue, broken sets) and 35lb KB twists

  5. BP: 60kg, I don’t have a max BP, but this felt good for 2×10
    FS: 85kg

  6. BP: 40 kg
    FS: 20 kg
    Broke up pull ups into sets of five, Russian twists at 25#
