  • DB Split Snatch (45/30#) x 8 per arm
  • Box Jump ‘n Over (24/20″) x 10
  • Row x 12 Calories

  4. In the hotel gym in San Jose after a very long day that started in Denver with 7 degree temperatures. Spring WHAT??!!

    Did the jumps over the seat of a recumbent bike, and did 20 DB swings as there was no rower. Good times. Hope you are all enjoying the early summer!
