Deadlift 5 x 5; medium-heavy with perfect form and plenty of rest

Partner WOD

In teams of 2, complete 4 rounds each for time:

  • Row 250 m while Partner Holds a Plank (Level 1) or two heavy KB’s in Front Rack (Level 2)

Cool-down

  • Hip Flexor and Upper Back Mobility

    WOD: 8:55 with Bob and Aaron. Did first two rounds with 53# KBs, but switched to planks for last two rounds.
