WOD

Level 1

For time:

  • “Russian” KB Swing (35/20#) x 50
  • Push-up with Hands on Box x 50

Partition as needed.

Level 2

For time:

  • “American” KB Swing (70/53#) x 100
  • Push-up x 100

Partition as needed.

    The gentle at-home version: 100 “American” swings with a 15-lb dumbbell, 50 regular pushups. Untimed, but moving along. Definitely feeling it this morning, but I think that’s a good thing.
