Back Squat 5-3-2, 5-3-2; wave-load up to a heavy double

WOD

20 seconds on / 10 seconds off:

  • Sit-ups (anchored, with an AbMat) x 8 rounds
  • Double-Unders x 8 rounds

    WOD: 97 sit ups, 142 DUs (239 total)

  2. Squat: 185-205-225-205-225-245
    WOD: 182 reps

  3. Squat: found out the hard way that my 1rm probably isn’t what it used to be. Should have started lower. 225, 245, 255, 245 (fail on the third rep), 225, 235.

    WOD: 95 sit-ups, 63 double unders, almost all of which were in the final two sets.

  4. BS: 155-165-185-175-185-195 (started too low)
    WOD: 95 sit ups, 142 DUs (237 total)

  5. BS: 135, 145, 155, 155, 165, 175#
    WOD: 103 sit-ups, 222su and just a couple du’s (325 total)

  6. BS: 85, 95, 105, 95, 105, 105
    WOD: 87 sit-ups, 31DUs (118 Total)
    My most DUs EVER!! (Maybe I’ll host a clinic next week)
