Friday Workout: Snatches and Clean & Jerks for Days!

We’re hosting a Grand Opening Party, Paleo Potluck Dinner, and The Anatomy of Frank Concert tonight (Friday) at 6:30 PM! Free for all and open to the public! There will be a grill, meat and veggies, and some local beverages. Bring Paleo-friendly food as well!

Strength

Add weight each set, go as heavy as you can with good form for each movement, and rest as needed:

WOD

50 Kettlebell Clean & Jerks for time. Men use 24 kg, women use 16 kg. Alternate arms as needed.

    Shoulder got a little flared up from catching the snatches without full external rotation, so decided to sit out the WOD (would have been a bit unbalanced to do the 50 reps with just my left arm)

    Then WOD took 10:14, since Kyle had us do 100 reps instead of the rx 50. (at 53# KB)
