C’ville Strength Workout: Wednesday 5/8

  • Snatch — heavy single for the day*, 80% (of HS) x1 x3
  • Clean & jerk — heavy single for the day, 80% (of HS) x1 x3
  • Front Squat — 95% x2, 100% x1, 105% x1 x2 (% of clean)

*today is not a day to chase weight; rather, attempt to hit a weight that is within ~90-100% of your 1RM, and certainly attempt a PR if you’re feeling good. If you miss, however, move on. You only have 1.5 hours to complete it all, so get after it!

  1. snatches to 70. missed 75 twice but close
    was going to do the rest but the wod thing happened and ran out of time

      bench 90, 5×5. it just feels wrong doing bench in kilos.
