Level 1

In teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

  • Partner-assisted Pull-up x 10
  • Burpee over the Bar x 10
  • Goblet Squat (45/35) x 15

Level 2

In teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

  • Chest-to-Bar Pull-up x 10
  • Burpee over the Bar x 10
  • Front Squat (75/55) x 15

  1. 6 rnds + 17 with James (reps split 50/50 except for FS where I did 3 rnds of 7, the rest 5.)First two rounds of PUs, Chest 2 Bar, remaining sets Chin 2 Bar. FS @65#
