- Burpee over the Bar x 10
- Goblet Squat (45/35) x 15
Level 2
In teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-up x 10
- Burpee over the Bar x 10
- Front Squat (75/55) x 15
6 rnds + 17 with James (reps split 50/50 except for FS where I did 3 rnds of 7, the rest 5.)First two rounds of PUs, Chest 2 Bar, remaining sets Chin 2 Bar. FS @65#
