Clean and Jerk: 62, 65, 67 kg
Front Squat: first: 65 kg remainder: 70 kg
you all excelled at today’s challenge, and it’s amazing to see! Big weights were put up with great form and determination… couldn’t ask for more!
shoulder press: 44.5 kg, 5X3 (2 minutes rest between sets)
dumbbell rows on bench: Worked up to 70# for 3-4 reps
band walks using 25# plate
Snatch 80-85-90kg missed the last two of set 3
Clean and jerk: 95kg missed rep 3 of set two feeling totally spent.
Front squat: 110kg
Finally back on the training cycle after honeymoon (of food) in Italia
Snatch: 85 lbs (they have lbs, not kg!!!)
Clean and Jerk: 100 lbs
FS: 105 lbs
