    We had a lot of early risers this morning.

  2. 19:11 @35#, 60 reg push-ups, 40 knees

  3. 18:47 @ 53 Russian, 68 situps 32 T2B (ab spasms). (I told too long with the ab work)

  4. L2: 19:34 rx

  5. 16:10, L2 except 50 hand release push-ups

  6. 19:46, 100 of everything, push-ups from knees and 20# Russian KB swings.

    Did 50 each arm 50# DB Snatch instead of KB swings, the rest was Rx

  14. 20:45, but 45# KB (accidentally! I thought it was 53), box pushups, and 500-meter row instead of squats to save ye olde righthe knee.
