  • hang power clean @85% x3 x5 (% of power clean)
  • back squat @85% x4 x6
  • DB Sotts Press each arm x2 x10 (light) (OR, if mobility allows, do barbell Sotts press 5×5 with just an empty bar)

    Squat 120kg

  2. Hang Power Clean: First 2 at 70 kg, remaining 3 @ 65 kg
    Squat: 4 rounds @ 85 kg, skipped last round

  3. Hang Power Clean: 110lbs
    Back Squat: 115lbs
    Barbell Sotts Press
