- close-grip bench press @85% x4 x6
- (weighted) strict T2B 5×5
- stretch (athlete’s choice)

Overhead Squat: 45 kg
Bench Press: 50 kg
OH Squat: 85lbs (found out I lose external rotation in one of my shoulders and I drop it- weird)
Bench Press: 80lbs
Kipping T2B and 35lb KB twists
