Work up to a heavy set of 5 DL in 3-4 sets (NOT a 5RM)

WOD

Level 1

For time, perform the following every 3 minutes for 3 total sets:

  • Kettlebell Deadlift (70/53) x 5
  • Burpee As Fast As Possible x 10
  • Row (Calories) x 10

Level 2

For time, perform the following every 3 minutes for 5 total sets:

  • Deadlift (225/155) x 5
  • Burpee Over The Bar x 10
  • Row (Calories) x 15

*Record your times on each set.

    1. what was Finn’s time?

      1. He was my source of distraction the whole time. Trying to not squish the baby with a giant kettle bell is very distracting!
