Overhead Squat 15 x 2 sets, rest 2 minutes between sets

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:

  • DB Snatch Alternating Arms (35/20) x 8
  • Wall Ball (14/8) x 8
  • Slam Ball (20/15) x 10

Level 2

AMRAP in 12 Minutes of:

  • DB Snatch Alternating Arms (55/35) x 10
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 10
  • Slam Ball (30/20) x 15

  6. Decided to tackle this one (sort of) in the boot: 7 + 10, but subbed 10 pull ups each round for the wall balls, all else rx

    Wod 4+23. 85# barbell snatches. Shoulder getting better.

  12. No OHS worked on Snatch
    WOD 6 full rounds 27 reps into the 7th

  14. OHS: 65#
    WOD: 6 rds rx
