Level 1

3 Rounds For Time of:

  • Push-up x 10
  • Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (35/20) x 10
  • Burpee x 20

Level 2

3 Rounds For Time of:

  • Handstand Push-up x 10
  • Power Clean (155/105) x 10
  • Burpee to 6″ Target x 20
