We will be hosting the “31 Heroes” WOD on August 3rd from 10:00-12:00! Please click the link to read about the WOD and the history behind it.
You must register for the workout through our REGISTRATION LINK in order to participate. Anyone can participate in this workout. All proceeds go directly to their families. You can make additional monetary donations if you wish.
This is a partner WOD, so grab a partner and come work out with us on August 3rd to honor the sacrifice of these brave men, their families, and their dog.
AMRAP 31 Min (As Many Reps As Possible)
- 8 Thrusters (155/105)
- 6 Rope Climbs (15 ft. ascent)
- 11 Box Jumps (30/24)
This is a Partner WOD – Partner 1 will perform the work listed above. Partner 2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once P2 returns from the run, P1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m run, while P2 continues work wherever P1 left off. We will have scaling options for all levels of athletes, even if you’ve never done CrossFit.
Notes: Score = Total Number of Reps
We will not hold regular make-up classes on this date. Essentials and Intro are still on. We will hold one regular CrossFit class make-up on Sunday, August 4 from 11-12 if you are unable to make it to the gym for this workout or want to make up a workout from the week.
