In Teams of 2, Complete the Following for Time:
- Run x 800m
- Sandbag Ground to Shoulder (50s/30s) x 100
- Plate Sit-up with abmat (25/10) x 100
- Run x 800m
Notes: You can use your partner’s feet/legs as an anchor for the plate sit-ups. Both partners must be back from the run before you can start the Sandbag Cleans. Only one person working at a time.
