Monday Workout: Team Jackie

In Teams of 2, Complete the Following for Time:

  • Row x 2000m while partner holds barbell in front rack or hang position
  • Thruster (95/65) x 50
  • Chest to Bar Pull-up x 50

Notes: Only one person working at a time.  During the 2k row, you must hold the barbell in the front rack or the hang position while your partner is rowing.

For Level 1, there is no barbell hold.  Substitute dumbbells for the barbell thruster and ring rows for the chest to bar pull-up portions.

      • Looks like you are gearing up for the ‘Games… when does the “taper” start (that’s a swimming term anyway not sure what is used in crossfit)?
