Back Squat, 3-3-3-3-3, rest 2-3 Minutes between sets

WOD

Level 1

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Ring Row x 8
  • DB Snatch Right Arm (30/15) x 8
  • DB Snatch Left Arm (30/15) x 8
  • Burpee x 8

Level 2

4 Rounds for Time of:

  • Pull-up x 10
  • DB Snatch Right Arm (55/35) x 10
  • DB Snatch Left Arm (55/35) x 10
  • Burpee x 10

  5. BS: 135, 145, 150, 155, 160 (About a year ago, 160 was my 1 rep max and it was an ugggggly 1RM. This strength training stuff works! 🙂 )

  6. Got up to 265 x 3 on fourth set, went to 275 x 2 on the fifth set. Would have failed the last rep so I racked it.

    WOD: with a 40# DB, 11:18.

  8. 8:45- 55#db snatch not to ground (db just below knees)

  9. BS 205#
    WOD 11:40 w 40# db

  10. BS: 110#
    WOD: 9:44 (bbpu, 25#)

  11. BS: 270
    WOD: 12ish? forgot to check. dbs @ 45 / 35 #. substituted a couple rr’s for pu’s.
