AMRAP 12:

  • Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (30/20) x 5
  • Man-Maker (30/20) x 5
  • Run x 200m

Level 2

AMRAP 15:

  • Power Clean (165/115) x 5
  • Man-Maker (45/35) x 5
  • Run x 400m
