  • Russian KB Swing (35/20) x 20
  • KB Clean and Push Press (35/20) x 20 (10/side)
  • Goblet Squat (35/20) x 15

Level 2

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Kettlebell Swing (53/35) x 20
  • Kettlebell Clean and Jerk (53/35) x 20 (10/side)
  • Goblet Squat (53/35) x 20
