Shoulder Press, 5-5-5-5 at 75%

WOD

In Teams of 2, AMRAP in 12 Minutes of the Following:

  • Shoulder to Overhead (115/85) x 6
  • Burpee Over the Bar x 9
  • Toe to Bar x 12

Level 1 Subs:

  • Dumbbell Push Press (35/20) x 6
  • Burpee x 9
  • V-Up x 12

Notes: Only one person working at a time. Partition the work as needed.
