Level 1

3 Sets for Total Working Time:

  • Db Push Press (35/20) x 10
  • Box Jump Step Down (18/12) x 15
  • Row x 400m
  • Rest/Walk x 5 Minutes

Level 2

3 Sets for Total Working Time:

  • Push Jerk (135/95) x 10
  • Lateral Box Jump Overs* (24/20) x 20
  • Row x 500m
  • Rest/Walk x 5 Minutes

*Feet can touch top of box


Accumulate 2 Minutes in an L-Sit Hold (use rings, pull-up bar, parallettes on floor, etc.)

  3. Hotel WOD – 10 rounds:
    10 push ups
    10 weighted sit ups (12 lb med ball – heaviest thing in the hotel gym :()
    10 weighted squats

  4. RX 9:23 (I think?)

  5. 12:46 rx + 24″ box

  6. 8:47 rx , 3 mins rest

  7. 12:09 (80# PJ, rest rx) box jumps scared me
