STRENGTH

A1. Shoulder Press,  5 x 3 sets, rest 30 seconds

A2. Kettlebell Swing Heavy, 15 x 3 sets, rest 1 minute

WOD

Level 1

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • V-Up x 10
  • Wall Ball to 9′ Target (14/8) x 20
  • Jump Rope Single x 50

Level 2

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Toe to Bar x 15
  • Wall Ball to 10′ Target (20/14) x 25
  • Double Under x 50

GORUCK in Charlottesville!

A couple of CrossFit Charlottesville’s own are already signed up for the GORUCK challenge being held in Charlottesville!  The date is November 16 (Saturday), starting at 7am.  You can follow the link HERE (tab to next page to find the Charlottesville event) to sign up.

    WOD: 12:34; on the rope I did 150 singles, 100 singles+25 doubles, 50 doubles
