Hang Clean + Clean (from floor) + Push Jerk

*Goal is to catch clean in full squat, but scale to power clean if necessary

AMRAP 5:

  • Dumbbell Thruster (35/20) x 12
  • Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (35/20) x 12

Level 2

AMRAP 5:

  • Thruster (95/65) x 12
  • Hang Power Clean (95/65) x 12

    15 more reps, but 4# lighter than 1/13/12. I didn’t look at the track back before coming, otherwise I would have gone a little heavier.
