WOD
2 Sets, 2 Minute Stations for Max Reps of the Following:
- Lunge with Plate Overhead (45/25)
- Double Under
- Hand Release Push-up
- Row (Calories)
- Rest 2 Minutes
*Notes: Teams of 2 (only one person working at a time). Complete 2 total sets (of max reps at each station), and rest 2 minutes between the sets. Sub med ball or bodyweight lunges for plate overhead lunges if necessary.

RX’d except for a single 40# DB in my left arm, trying to somewhat save the right one…

This was all me too.But no Molly for incentive. Lunges at 25#, all SU. (30 sec on, 30 sec off.2 min/station.)
